One of our Saturday evening ZOOM regulars, Minna, is a BSL (British Sign Language) linguist, and has made a short video for us, with some background and a demonstration of a non contact way of giving each other the sign of peace.

By using BSL this will help us to reach as many people as possible, and is a great thing to learn and practice among our parish, and then among our local area.

Thank you, Minna, for taking the time and effort to make this video.

Our challenge is to learn and use it!

Over to you!

PS. No there's nothing wrong with your sound, there isn't any!

And Minna has also produced a simpler version where the hand actions are more prominent. At Holy Family we are now using this Sign of Peace at each Mass.

See you there soon we hope!
